Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption

The Company is committed to implementing business ethics standards in both internal and external business activities of the Company. Business ethics standards reflect the best values upheld by the Company as a guide in doing business. These business ethics are reflected both in the principles of good corporate governance, as well as in the norms that apply in society.
The Company regulates ethical behavior which basically contains business ethics values that contain commitments and company ethics rules in a Code of Conduct. In line with healthy business competition, the company is fully aware that the Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Business Competition Law in Indonesia completely prohibits any agreements and actions that can hinder or not support competition, create monopolies, abuse market positions, artificially manipulate prices or other things that distort the market.
The company will not tolerate any activity that violates the Law that applies to the company's business activities. For this reason, the company avoids all forms of market dominance, prices and so on that lead to monopolistic practices, price discrimination, money laundering, collusion and other forms of unhealthy practices in business that are contrary to healthy business competition.
The company prohibits any business activity carried out with an agreement, agreement, related to a specific plan or scheme that is agreed upon either explicitly or implicitly, formally and informally, with competitors, suppliers or other parties related to prices, payment terms, sales, distribution, regions and certain customers. The Board of Directors requires all management and employees to always consistently apply the business ethics in all work activities.
The Company establishes a policy to prohibit any form of fraud and always implements mandatory procedures related to findings, acknowledgements, reporting, investigations and inquiries into suspected fraud.

 

Whistle Blowing System
The reporting system for suspected fraud in the company (Whistle Blowing System) is a violation reporting system that allows anyone to report suspected fraud, violations of law and ethics committed by the company. In implementing the Whistle Blowing System, the company guarantees the confidentiality of identity and provides protection to the reporter.

 

Human Rights
A. Harassment and Intimidation
Any type of understanding can be stated as unethical, unprofessional or speechless. The Company prohibits any type of expressing or intimidation. Written or oral communication in the office or with people outside the office that contains many statements or materials that hurt others. Never use the Company's communication system/network to send or receive electronic images or texts that contain ethnic insults or anything that can be reported as, hurtful or insulting to others.
If you feel you have become a victim of understanding or if you witness or receive a complaint about an act of laughter, then this must be reported to your respective superiors or to the HRD department. Mutual respect, mutual appreciation and mutual need are the principles that underlie the cooperation of all members of the Company's extended family. The nature of being able to trust and the nature of listening to the heart are the most important things in interactions between employees.
B. Discrimination
